Estimates use the existing ODoF calculator’s representative U.S. interchange benchmarks from the Visa and Mastercard schedules effective April 2026 and ODoF processor estimates for Combined, Discover, and American Express. Actual interchange varies by card product, merchant category, qualification, transaction method, and network fees. Savings compare the selected ODoF estimate with an assumed initial 4.00% effective rate. Surcharge-mode savings assume all selected volume is eligible credit-card volume; debit and excluded transactions reduce actual savings. The EHR-Connected scenario adds 0.30 percentage points to the selected in-person credit-card percentage rate while retaining the same per-transaction fee. PIN debit stays at 0.05% + 20¢ with no additional EHR cost. The other scenarios do not include that EHR cost. Final pricing is subject to merchant approval and agreement.
